    Here is the photo of brother disciples of Swami Sivananda, united at Swami Vishnu's True World Order Festival in Val Morin, Canada, 1969 From left to right, Swami Sahajananda (Founder of The Divine Life Society, South Africa), Swami Pranavananda (Founder of The Divine Life Society, Malyasia), Swami Satchidananda (Founder of Integral Yoga, United States), Swami Vishnu-Devananda (Founder of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, USA and Canada), Swami Chidananda (President of the Divine Life Society, Rishikesh-India), and Swami Venkatesananda ... who avoided founding anything, God Bless him! If Swami Venkatesananda "found" anything, I guess you could say that he found inner peace. :))

    Brother disciples of H. H. Swami Sivananda, Swami Satchidananda and Swami Venkatesananda photographed here in 1969 at Swami Vishnu Devananda's Sivananda Yoga Camp in Val Morin, Canada. Swami Satachidananda (known best for his appearance at Woodstock just before this photo was taken) taught yoga in the United States through his foundation, The Integral Yoga Institute. Although they saw each other only briefly after leaving India, they did manage to meet up several times over the years.
